Ensure that strategies and operational region plans are in-line with the overall company?s plans.
Ensure SLA of Regional back office team to support operation in Region.
Ensure monthly closing and regional report are submitted on schedule.
Implements control mechanism to employee?s compliance with company SOP.
Earlier Fraud Detection and do anticipation to prevent fraud.
Managing All Region Support Functions human resources to ensure effective and efficient number of human resources.
Developing and Managing process that improve skills, knowledge, and behavioral levels of regions support human resources.
Well support in HRGA functions, included Outsourcing management.
Managing the provision of administrative services, included facilities, transport, and security management.
Ensure the safety and well being of employees, company assets, and partners.
Well support in IT operations, IT asset management,, and Procurement process.
Having using SAP system or Related System.
