Job Responsibility DEMAND PLANNING MANAGER: Responsibility : Monitoring and managing the correctness and efficiency of stock in the Central Warehouse, Distribution Center, and Branch locations. Responsible for maintaining the availability of saleable items while adhering to set standards and processes. Coordinate and closely monitor the entire forecasting process using historical data, market trends, branch/sales statistics, and other criteria gathered from Collaborative Synchronize Planning (CSP) meetings to ensure optimal synchronization in reacting to market needs Collaboration with factories in developing weekly production plans is a strategic step to ensure inventory availability when needed, avoiding excess stock, which has the potential to reduce efficiency and operational costs, as well as the risk of stock shortages, which can disrupt the company's overall performance Establish active collaboration with the Marketing, Plant, and Logistics departments in an effort to comprehend changes in market dynamics that occur on a regular basis Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related fields At least 4 years of experience in demand and supply planning in manufacturing industry.
