We are looking for Demand Planner who will be based in Surabaya. Your 'day to day' Responsible for forecasting and demand management activities with customers and products all categories to meet and beat forecast accuracy objectives by : - Propose demand forecasts at multiple levels of granularity for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning process lead by Demand Planner Manager. - Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results to ensure high quality demand forecast - Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Commercial, Marketing and Finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts. - Provide input to the Regional/Global Supply Team (RPH) organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs. - Perform Demand Planning metrics report and analysis for market/regional/global Who we're looking for - College/University; Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain Management or related fields - Experienced at least 5 years from Multinational Company - 3+ Years of experience within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Electronics or Medical Device industry with experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and data analytics.
