This position does this by ensuring the control and governance of incident and change request management is conducting efficiently and effectively.**Key Role and Responsibilities**:- Provide professional review on incident and change request in terms of planning, risk evaluation and mitigation- Contribute to the collection of evidence and conduct of formal audits and/or reviews of activities- Examine records for evidence that appropriate testing and quality control activities have taken place- Determine compliance with organisational directives, standards and procedures and identifies non-compliance, non-conformances, and abnormal occurrences- Plan, organise and conduct assessment activity and determine whether appropriate quality control and compliance has been applied- Determine the risks associated with findings and non-compliance and proposes corrective actions- Provide advice and guidance in the use of organisational standards related to maintenance of ICTI services- Control on incident and change request management efficiently and effectively- Liaise with internal parties for improvement and mitigation for customer complaint- Perform evaluation of internal controls, communications, risk assessments- Identifies areas of potential loss or damage for current and proposed business and financial operations, processes, structures and cyber-risk exposure and quantifies impact- Implement and evaluate compliance with business and cyber risk-reduction policies, processes and standards- Participate in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans- Monitor, identify, investigate, and analyze all response activities related to cybersecurity incidents within the organization- Respond to cybersecurity incidents related to ICTI services- Conduct threat analysis as directed and addresses detected incidents- Evaluate event flows to identify common risks and vulnerabilities to develop and implement solutions- Assist with security audits, risk analysis, network forensics and penetration testing- Aid in monitoring the security of all designated ICTI networks and systems- Achieve product and engineering compliance by executing compliance programs and completing documentation- Prevent compliance issues by collaborating with engineering planning and design teams, reviewing design data, and developing compliance policies- Identify and resolve product and engineering design issues by identifying short-term and long-range issues- Develop and evaluates new compliance methodologies- Determine compliance by establishing compliance test standards, conducting and witnessing tests, performing diagnostic procedures, measuring performance, analyzing and evaluating findings, and performing forensic analysis and troubleshooting of failures- Attain compliance by isolating and resolving compliance issues, recommending product and process changes, and initiating engineering change orders- Prepare compliance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing measurement data and trends- Enhance engineering and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments**Knowledge, skills and attributes**:- Knowledge of report writing analysis and compliance procedures- Skills in business operations- Ability to communicate complex ideas verbally and in writing- Technical knowledge and understanding of product/process design- Ability to facilitate discussions in order to address emerging problems and opportunities- Ability to facilitate presentation of technical and complex matters to a diverse audience- Able to effectively interact with technical & non-technical people- Ability to evaluate risks, priorities and business benefits, leveraging strong business knowledge- Solid attention to detail- Ability to handle multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines- Excellent knowledge and understanding of information systems technology areas- Understanding emerging compliance engineering practices and standards, participating in educational opportunities and professional or
