Data Solution Lead - (Dba - It Consulting)

**About Us**Our client is one of the leading IT Solutions Provider in Indonesia with more than 3 decades of proven track record in the industry.**Key Responsibilites**:- Participate or lead architectural discussions with clients.- Lead and provide mentorship for Data Engineer team members especially on technical side.- Define tasks, scope, and effort from client stories during user requirement sessions.- Ability to work independently within a complex environment to evaluate issues and then determine and remediate the root cause.- Involve a project delivery team and focus on adding firsthand technical expertise, ensuring outcomes meet the highest technical standards.- Experience working in complex environments including SQL Database Migration, DB DR Replication, ETL, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL DB, Azure Data Factory, and power BI.- Willingness to work after-hours and on weekends during project implementation waves.**Key Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree from Computer Engineering/Information Technology/Information Systems or another relevant field.- Minimum 3 - 5 years of direct experience one of the following products: Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, Always On, Replication, Power BI- Minimum 1 year of experience in managing a team.- Minimum 2 years of proven experience with one of the following tools: Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL DB, Azure SQL Manage Instance, Azure Data Lake.- Good in designing, executing, and supporting Data solutions.- Strong understanding of Database migration, ETL Process, and any visualization tools like Power BI- Critical thinking skills and complex problem-solving ability required.- Excellent communication & people skills- Positive attitude and strong commitment to deliver quality work.- Certification of a related skill is an advantage.**Call for Action**:
