Your 'day to day': - Build, scale and evolve our pricing recommendation and services - Act as Subject Matter Expert of DS Solution, Given a business problem and requirements from business stakeholders, identify objective functions and ML algorithms that should be used - Understand the trade-offs of different modelling choices and have a point of view on the trade-offs. Communicate the choices to stakeholders and be able to support your point of view - Monitor and perform analytics on deployed models in order to evaluate model drift and assess when the model should be retrained - Communicate with stakeholders within the data team and the business team and bridge those requirements with the engineering team - Share knowledge by mentoring, pairing, and collaborating with other other data scientist, analysts and engineers Who we're looking for: - Have Bachelor's/Master's degree, preferably in Analytics, Statistics, Software, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or Engineering - Have at least 3 years of experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Economist roles - Highly proficient in Data Science tools (Python/Spark/R, SQL), and have built a data science solution. - Have experience in Price Elasticity, A/B Testing, Experimentation design, and Statistical testing is a plus - Have experience in Cloud Infrastructure (e.g. AWS, IBM Cloud, GCP, Azure, etc) and API deployment is another plus point - Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia What we offer: Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
