Data Management & Reporting Staff - Bsd

**Job Descriptions**:- Collect data from various sources (reports from each Residential and SAP project) and process them based on management needs- Provide the information/data needed precisely and accurately.- Manage and archive every report issued properly and neatly so that it can be easily found, if needed later.- Assist in organizing the implementation of Company Policy / SOP.- Prepare monthly reports, such as Stock Unit Report, Management Report, Risk Management Report, Land Acquisition and Permit Report, Estate Management Report, and other reports as needed.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Real Estate/Economics/Management.- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field.- Having good communication, organization skill, and interpersonal skill.- Good knowledge in Mastering Data Visualization Tools - Ms. Power BI (add. value).- Familiar with Microsoft Office.- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
