Data Analyst Strategist

**Requirements**:- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, PHP, and Excel is a must.- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (Min. 2-year work experience, retail or fashion background is a plus)- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.- Strong communication skills (able to be active in cross-division discussion, insights and recommendation, and presentation to stakeholders)- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.- Familiarity with sales, marketing, and production processes is a plus.**Responsibilities**:- Analyze sales data to track performance metrics.- Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Production division of the company.- Identify issues and challenges within the company's operations through data analysis, such as Consumer Behavior and RFM Analysis.- Optimize various methods and tools to address existing challenges.- Utilize problem-solving skills to address identified issues and propose effective solutions.- Provide recommendations to improve overall company performance based on data-driven insights.
