About the CX Manager Role:
Reporting directly to the Head of Retail Credit, you will take a proactive approach towards understanding the customer better regarding their financial needs, customer research, cross-sell and upsell. You will also manage one to two team members and drive your team to be a CX champion.
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding and fulfilling customer's requests through a variety or resources by excellent communication in a prompt, professional and concise manner
Delivering the highest level of customer service and quality in timely manner based on data from market and research
Conducting customer research on a periodic or ad hoc basis
Participating in product development
Actively promoting cross-sell and upsell on company's products to customers
Actively doing customer retention by providing good communication and solutions
Providing data and reports on a timely manner
Coordinating with other departments to get better insights on products, propositions and target markets
To succeed in this CX Manager role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively, cooperatively with different respective business units and work closely with IT team.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
Minimum five years' customer-facing experience in banking or financial services
Good IT development knowledge and Financial Service product knowledge
Good communication skills with proactive and concise manner
Strong drive towards data, number, and customers
