**About Smart Walkie Pte Ltd**We are building the next generation hardware and software that makes mobile workers more efficient, return home in one piece and lower the blood pressure of their managers back in the office.**Customer Support that includes**:- Remotely troubleshoots and resolves problems on Smart Walkie Devices- Enhance Customer Support Documents, User Guide and Website FAQ- Provides virtual training for New Customers- Pre- Deployment Setup- Generate monthly usage reports for Customers and Finance- KPI: Achieve good Post-Support Customer Satisfaction Rating**Future Growth Path**- If you contribute 2 years well in your customer support role, your learnt skills and experience will aid you in future specialized roles like Quality Assurance, Customer Support, Operations and Process and Trainer.**Requirements**:- Good English communication skills. Ability to speak Mandarin will be a plus.- Good English writing skills and typing speed- Good interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude and pleasant voice- Customer oriented with a positive mindset- Self Discipline and Equipment to work from home**Thank you for your interest.
