Customer Support Everpro (Yogyakarta)

Job Desc- Manage large amounts of incoming messages.- Handle all inquiries, including customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.Requirement- Min. 1 years experience in E-commerce or logistics industries.- Experienced in investigating and responding customer complaints.- Able to analyze complaints and customer feedback, issues, and evidence.- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.- Willing to work in shifts.
