Our goal is to make our customers happy by solving their issues and giving them good quality service.Your mission includes helping our software's users by investigating and providing them the perfect answer to their questions. When a customer's request comes in through ticketing, live chat, and phone calls, you are expected to understand the functional issue and investigate. You will also redirect customers to our Developers, depending on the types of request as necessary.You will collaborate closely with our internal teams such as Consultants, Sales or Developers.**Your tasks include but are not limited to**:- Help customers with their questions (functional and/or technical) through support tickets- Investigate and solve functional problems- Engage with our visitors and leads through live chat- Ensure customer's satisfaction- Improve customers' experience- Contribute to the improvement of our product and all documentation**MUST HAVE**:- 1+ years of experience in similar field- Bachelor degree- Customer oriented- Autonomous and fast learner- Fluent in both English and Bahasa- Solution minded**NICE TO HAVE**:- Good knowledge of business processes- Familiar with ERP or Odoo- _ Immediate availability_**VALUES**:- You are able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with a hands-on attitude- You are open-minded and can react to change with agility- You are a quick and autonomous learner- You have an entrepreneur mindset and are not afraid to take appropriate initiatives- Willing to contribute to great company culture
