How we do it: by constantly challenging conventions, tackling some of the most complex technical and engineering challenges and investing in our 20,000+ employees worldwide.If contributing to breakthrough projects in a truly global playground inspires you, this might be the opportunity for you.**Job title**:**Customer Services Coordinator****Job description**:Role and responsibilities or main accountabilities- Directly responsible for order commitment, scheduling of sales orders, on-time delivery, inventory impact and cash flow performance for customer service orders under services contracts- Ensure service orders are accurately recorded in SAP- Ensure financial data is accurately recorded in SAP and/or GEOS- Ensure compliance with Business Process Management System (BPMS)Reporting relationships: ManagerLocation: Indonesia**Job purpose**:- Coordinate and communicate project delivery and cost requirements to the key support functions or client to meet schedule shipments in a quality and cost-effective manner- Consolidate and analyse information from Project, Product, Engineering, Supply Chain and the Project Schedulers to develop the overall Project Schedule and Work Breakdown Structure for the assigned Project- Participate in Schedule Reviews within FMC to ensure that schedule requirements are being met, determine shipping dates and to update the project schedule- Ensure that the accounting process, including revenue and cost recognition and sales order activities are compliant- Communicate and work closely with the SPS Services Manager on deliveries and to ensure scheduled shipment arrives on time- Communicate requirements to relevant departments and employees to keep progress on track**You are meant for this job if**:- Min Diploma- 3-5 years of experience- Multi-tasking/Pro-active/Effective teamwork/Process oriented/Responsible/Effective time management/Organizing skills/SAP knowledgeLearn more about TechnipFMC and find other open positions by visiting our Career Page.Follow us on LinkedIn for company updates.- TechnipFMC promotes inclusion and diversity, guaranteeing equal opportunities to everyone, regardless of age, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender expression, disability or any other plurality._
