Customer Service Staff - BSD Job Descriptions: 
Handling Customer inquiry, request, complaint and handover process.Dispatch and coordinate customer's complaint with relevant department for best solution.
Monitor Customer's transaction which need action & resolution from others department based on SLA and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).Manage and record the customer's transaction daily basis in accordance to establish standard (if any).Contact Customer to update the resolution to measure the customer satisfaction
Job Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management.Minimum 3 years of working experience in customer service/relation fields.Computer literate of Ms. Office with intermediate-level skills.Good communication skills.Excellent coordination skills.Willing to be placed in Balikpapan.
