DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job & Responsibility Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times through the website / ecommerce / market / application, social chat & chat application (wa / line)
Respond to customer questions immediately.
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
Provide feedback about the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Processing orders, forms, applications and requests.
Responsible for achieving sales targets through average sales and repeat customers

Requirement

Minimum education of SMA / K or Diploma or Bachelor
Minimum of 1 years experience in a similiar position
Has experience in the field of customer service via digital chat such as website / ecommerce / marketplace / application, social chat & chat application (wa / line)
Having experience using systems like Qiscuss / Freshdesk / Zendesk
Having experience increasing conversion rates via chat
Having experience to achieve sales target using the method of up selling or cross selling
Has a good communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem solving skill
Willing to work shifting time
