We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Lead to handle the Customer Service Department and promote ideas throughout the organization. Customer Service Lead's responsibilities include organize, oversee, and resolving, and recommending solutions for Customer Service Department. They have a strategic mindset and are excellent leaders. Excellent abilities in resellers management and planning service experience are also essential for the role.**Responsibilities**:Handling inquiries related within the Customer Service Department to ensure the effectiveness and on-time implementation.Monitor the customer service department organic growth, internal databases that consist the information about resellers related.Resolve escalated customer service department conflicts.Mantain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty.Work closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs, product requirements, and feedbacks into new solutions for customers**Requirements**:Minimum 2 years experience as Customer Service Lead (preferable from Personal Care/Beauty Industry/E-Commerce)Fluent in English, both written and speaking is a mustExcellent communication and presentation skills.Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated.Able to join ASAP.
