Customer Service Internship

Detail job desc:- Handling daily inquiries / complaint from new registered user- Helping new customers to understand the value of our product or service through onboarding process- Hit daily performance by response and resolution time- Coordinate with the Inbound Coordinator to collect and share hot leads for Everpro services- Coordinate with CRM & Marketing team to improve the onboarding process- Requirements:- Fresh graduate are welcome, have experience in customer support will be preferred- Able to use MS Office, MS Excel and Google Workspace (Excel/GSheet, MS Word/GDocs, PowerPoint/GSheet, etc)- Willing to fully work from office- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Fast learner, willing to learn new things
