Customer Service Executive

**Responsibilities**:- Prepare all documentation related to customers such as E-Faktur, Tax Invoice and, DO,- Follow up the delivery schedule with suppliers and ensure all importation documents needed are in place such as PI, BL, PL, PIB, COO, etc.- Obtain documents needed from suppliers such as ICP, COA, SDS, and ROHS.- Prepare PO to local supplier for supporting goods or operational and complete documents for payment process.- Provide support to Senior Customer Service Executive.- Undertake task/project assigned to achieve Organisational objectives.**Working Location**:Jababeka, Cikarang- Staying around Cikarang / Jababeka would be better**Salary**: Up to Rp5,600,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Cikarang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Language**:- English (preferred)
