We are looking for a competent Customer Service Door to Door. Here is the detail of the job descriptions.- Input Delivery Order to B-TMS- Actively monitoring trucking and deliver service as per shipper's KPI- Accuracy of data entry: origin, destination, truck type, and shipper pricing- Reconcile supporting documents for payment and invoicing purposesIssue Resolution**Requirements**:- Have logistic background is preferred- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service- Attention to detail- Excellent communication skills- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively- Familiarity with administrative duties- Typing speed and accuracy**Benefits**- Basic Salary- BPJS (Ketenagakerjaan, Kesehatan, Pensiun)
