You can innovate, grow and discover in a place where you can thrive! 1.Job Task : O**RDER MANAGEMENT : E**- NTER ORDER PROMPTLY AND ACCURATELY R- ESPONSE TO THE CUSTOMER IN WRITING AND STATE GOODS ARRIVAL TIME C- OMMUNICATE TO SALES / CUSTOMER SHOULD THERE BE ANY ISSUE WITH ORDER F- OLLOW UP ON DELIVERY STATUS T- RACKING ON OUTSTANDING ORDERS H- ANDLING OF INVOICES AND CREDIT NOTE TO THE CUSTOMER ON WEEKLY BASIS 2.Job Task : I**N-DOOR SALES SUPPORT; C**- OMMUNICATING COURTEOUSLY WITH TECHNICIANS AND SALES REPRESENTATIVE H- ANDLING NON-STOCK INVENTORY H- ANDLING OF SAMPLE ORDERS H- ANDLING PPE FOR TECHNICIANS 3.Job Task: C**OMPLAINT HANDLING : A**- NALYZING THE SITUATION, COMPILE RELATED DOCUMENTS AND LOGIN IN COMPLAINT IN SYSTEM. F- OLLOW UP ON COMPLAINT AND PROVIDE SOLUTION AND CORRECTIVE ACTION TO THE CUSTOMER BASED ON FINDINGS AND CONCLUSION PROVIDED BY PIC. ARRANGE FOR RETURN AND REPLACEMENT -4.Job Task : D**OCUMENT MANAGEMENT U**- PDATE AND KEEP DOCUMENTS IN TIME TO ENSURE THE ACCURACY AND INTEGRITY OF THE DOCUMENTS. CLASSIFY THE DOCUMENTS AND FILE ACCORDING TO GUIDELINE GIVEN -5.Job Task: H- ANDLE AD-HOC OR OTHERS AS ASSIGNED BY THE SUPERIORE- **DUCATION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS: R**equired : M- INIMUM DIPLOMA HOLDER WITH AT LEAST 3 YEARS RELEVANT WORKING EXPERIENCE, PREFERABLY IN A MULTI-NATIONAL COMPANY. P- OSSESS A GOOD ORGANIZATIONAL AND ANALYTICAL SKILLS A- BLE TO HANDLE LARGE VOLUME OF BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY. Preferred: M- ULTI -TASK ORIENTED A- BLE TO WORK UNDER MINIMUM SUPERVISION, HANDLE WORK PRESSURE WITH PROACTIVE AND INITIATIVE ATTITUDE. 2**. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: R**equired: A- BLE TO HANDLE EXPORT TRANSACTIONS INCLUDING KNOWLEDGE IN LETTER OF CREDIT, CUSTOMS REGULATIONS, RELATED SHIPPING DOCUMENTS A- BLE TO HANDLE DOMESTIC TRANSACTION INCLUDING SHIPPING DOCUMENTS FOR SHIPMENT TO EAST MALAYSIA AND DROPSHIPMENT IE. FROM ITALY Preferred: E- XPERIENCE IN MARKETING FOR SALES ACTIVITIES IS AN ADDED ADVANTAGE. MUST BE CUSTOMER AND RESULT ORIENTED -3.** TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: R**equired : S- TRONG COMPUTER SKILLS IN MISCROSOFT OFFICE A- BLE TO WORK WITH TEAM OF PEOPLE LOCALLY AND REGIONALLY Preferred : A- BLE TO SPEAK FLUENTLY AND WRITE PROFESSIONALLY BILINGUALLY, IE ENGLISH AND CHINESE P
