Customer Service Agent, Semarang

Customer Service Agent is responsible for selling to local Customer based on opportunities. Customer Service will also follow up sales leads, DSV customers ( existing, new and potential customers).- Upsell Current Customers additional services- Cold-Call prospects generated by external lead sources- Maintain daily customer relationships, communicating, follow up and offering rates to Customer.**Requirements**:- Functional experience in air / sea / customs brokerage- Basic sales knowledge- Expertise and professionalism in customer contacts, understanding of customer requirements, analysisand resolution of problems and complaints- Local market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers)- Understanding of DSV service offering and pricing policy- Understanding of DSV (strategy, products and solutions)
