Customer Service Agent (Mandarin)

**Responsibilities**- Handling and resolving customers' inquiries/requests- Developing and maintaining accurate files.- Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.**Eligibility Criteria**- Preferably 1 (one) year of working experience related to customer service. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.- Good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.- Strong attention to details.- Working knowledge on operating computers.- Good oral and written communication skills.- A good team player with willingness to learn and drive to achieve.- **Good proficiency in English & Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking and listening) min. equals to B1 level.**:- **Should be willing to work in rotational shifts 24/7 (including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays) along with the team in customer business time.**:- **Willing to work in Yogyakarta.**????:??
