Customer Service Agent (English; Permanent Night

Responsibilities:- Handling and resolving customers' inquiries/requests for U.S. Markets.- Developing and maintaining accurate files.- Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.**Requirements**:- Preferably 1 (one) year of working experience related to customer service especially Live Chat in English line. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.- Good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to details.- Working knowledge on operating computers.- A good team player with willingness to learn and drive to achieve.- Min.
