Customer Experience Manager

**Responsibilities**:Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account status and relevant problems;Provide data and guides to help the business development team;Develop and monitor key performance indicators;Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches;Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience;Suggest sales and other departments process improvements.**Requirements**:Proven work experience as a Customer Service Manager min 3 years working experience ;Experience in establishing SOP & work flow for operation team;Fluent in English (bonus will be mandarin);Hands on experience with CRM systems (Freshdesh or Zendesk);In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices;Excellent communication skills;Analytical and multitasking skills;Teamwork and motivational skills;Able to work at BSD, South Tangerang.
