Customer Experience Department Head

Ensure satisfaction and loyalty of customers- Plan with business executives and stakeholders- Design and improve customer experience- Liase with marketing, growth & operation team to build improvement programs- Evaluate & enhance customer touchpoints- Lead & develop UI/UX team to be an effective workforce**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.- Proven experience (6 years) as a Customer Experience Manager or in a similar customer-facing role.- Strong understanding of customer experience principles, strategies, and best practices.- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and customer feedback to drive insights and improvements.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and build rapport with customers.- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and guiding teams to achieve customer-focused goals.- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and exceeding customer expectations.- Proven project management skills to plan, execute, and track customer experience initiatives.- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges and obstacles.
