Supporting and ensuring BFI Finance's vision "To become a trusted financial partner that contributes to the community's standard of living" through excellent service activities by all lines of employees through service standard training and monitoring the implementation of branch service standards, as well as being involved in branches service process improvement projects and improving the overall service quality of BFI Finance to create satisfaction and a pleasant customer experience.Controlling the implementation of BFI's research programAnalyze survey results related to business processes and provide recommendations for improvements to the carried out survey process and ongoing business processesSupport the need for data and reports on the results of customer satisfaction surveys and service assessmentsCarry out administration in the Service Excellence unit that related to data & systemsMonitor and develop BFI's communication media with consumersCreate and analyze consumer behavior & cultureDesigning and developing reports/generate data in the form of a dashboardAt least a Bachelors's degree in any majors. Fresh Graduate are welcome to applyHave a year of working experience in a research fieldA skilled person in data processing such as data analysis and visual dataMastering and skilled Microsoft Excel and SQLHaving a good communication and teamwork skills
