As a Customer Care Representative, you will provide premium, end-to-end service on order processing, customer support activities for Hempel Customers aligned with Hempel's e-Convention policies & standard operating procedures.Here's some of the other things you can look forward to- Customer Experience - serving as the point of contact between Hempel Customers & Hempel internal stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance & Technical Services), exceeding Customer expectations.- End to end management of sales order processing to order fulfillment- Strong compliance focus in all financial transactions aligned to Hempel standard operating procedures.- Process and manage all kinds of purchase orders & inquiries professionally- E-commerce MyHempel order handling & communicate to Customers incase of variance.- Ability to train & onboard new prospect Customers to MyHempel platforms or re-route them through Distributors- Providing quick, accurate, and comprehensive responses to customers & prospects on both general/specific inquiries on order/invoicing fulfillment & Hempel's products/services is a key responsibility- Execute sales orders, invoicing and managing any credit notes/debit notes and product returns with customers in the most prompt, fast, and efficient manner- Adopt & follow best practices for post-sales documentation- Coordinate supplies with customers, customer's appointed agents, Associates & supply chain to meet customers delivery requirements- Promptly record all stock non-availability during inquiries & short supplies by associates & supply chain for analysis and improvement on stock availability- Assist Sales Team in any ad-hoc after-sales administrative matters-- Work closely with customer complaints to ensure competent & and timely response on customer claims- Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple, different workstreams and tools- Effective & good communication with customers, sales team, associates & supply chain to increase accuracy- Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Exhibit patience during complex customer issues, Maintains composure across a variety of customer and peer interactionsWhat do you need to be successful in this role?- Graduate & experience in commercially driven customer care at least (3-5years)- Service Orientation, finding a balance between Organization and customer's needs- Experience in busy customer service - B2B environment- Experience in standard operating procedures- Experience in using ERP -systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX, D365 - preferred.)- Proficiency with standard MS Office programs- Experience with CRM / ERP systems- Fluency in the English language with excellent verbal, reading, writing, and comprehension skills- Additional language skill - preferred (Bahasa, Vietnamese, Mandarin)Sounds like a match?More about HempelAt Hempel, you'll join a team of passionate and motivated individuals and become part of a global family with over almost 7,000 colleagues around the world.
