Next stop: Indonesia!While you are changing the lives of millions, you will be changing yours too.Want to be in the driver seat of this wild, yet exciting journey?**Projects you will be working on?**To be part of the country's history to have car-sharing industry regulated and exploring a new area in the mobility industry.**What will you be engaged in?**As our new Custodian lead, you will have the opportunity to:- Provide clear guidance to TREVO users in delivery management & Late Return- Managing, Training and Coaching delivery team and ensure a service excellent and delivery task in timely manner- Establish and implement all the necessary delivery procedures. These include Host contact establishment & delivery estimated time of arrival.- Manage delivery responses to both TREVO users and Car Hosts.- Improvement a process to managing delivery costs efficiency and Managing and monitoring delivery into system that records all delivery.- Communicate closely with the hosts and professional fleet providers to ensure efficient deliveries.- Review, monitor and analyze vehicle coordination efficiency and be able to propose a new plan and suggestion for cost-effectiveness.- Supervise, coordinate and resolve late return issuesFirst and foremost ask yourself: Are you customer-obsessed?
