In this academy, you will receive knowledge and practical training in giving the best service to Pinhome's customers who are looking for a property, by understanding property industry, having the ability to provide information, advising property recommendation to customers - in every steps of the way to find their dream property.Who will you become? A CRO Executive will be our best-in-class property consultant.**What your day-to-day will look like?**- Receive training, learn how to become an expert as property consultant.- Contact and communicate with potential customers from our database, build an excellent relationship and trust.- Understand customer needs and requirements for an ideal property and make the best recommendation.- Book a property visit appointment and meet with customers on the agreed date and location for a property visit.- Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in their home buying journey.- Treat customers with care and groom your performance to the maximum level.- Comply with business processes, SOP, SLA given.**Who are we looking for?**- Fresh Graduate or recent graduates who are hungry to learn new things (we welcome D3 and/or S1 degree from any field, any university!).- Has keen interest in the real-estate or property-tech industry.- **Communication skill**:loves to connect with people and have meaningful conversation.- **Negotiation skill**: not a quitter, enjoy finding solutions to achieve an agreement.- **Sales skill**:does not shy away when performing pitch to convince customers and is comfortable in objection handling.- **Customer-oriented**:has empathy for customers, and is willing to understand what customers need.- Highly-driven and self-motivated, take ownership in sales targets and strike forward to perform.- Experience in working in service, sales, or any role that directly engages with customers.- Attention to details, punctual, and being able to work in a structured manner.- Great personal grooming.- Having knowledge or background in the real-estate or property industry is a bonus point!**About the team**Who we consider as Customers in Pinhome are property and mortgage seeker, they are our assets and CRO is part of Pinhome brokerage team who will be the main player in caring for potential home buyers who reach out for assistance.During the academy, you will learn about how Pinhome conducts the brokerage business and for any sales performance will receive compelling pay off. As CRO Executive, you will be working under Pinhome subsidiary, Convergence.
