**Credit Risk Manager (Financial Service)**:- **Sector**: Monroe Information Technology- **Contact**: Nurul Ramadani Nasution- **Client**: Monroe Consulting Group- **Location**: Jakarta- **Salary**: Negotiable- **Expiry Date**: 06 December 2023- **Job Ref**: BBBH 430034_1699261252**Job Descriptions**:- Coordinate with the management team regarding the latest SOPs, the latest changes to regulations, system updates, and other matters related to operations- Undertake SOPs with the Risk committee regarding the new Policy and conduct outreach to Vendors, Internal CAs, and other Divisions- Monitor, report on every problem, and solve the problem related to Credit Risk- Monitoring and reporting on performance (both in terms of quality, productivity, KPI and others)- Doing a reminder / refreshment of existing policies- Coordinate with 3rd Parties (verification vendors, telephone vendors, and other vendors (Dukcapil, Pefindo, and SLIK)**Requirements**:- Bachelor Degree- Good communication and critical thinking skills- Good knowledge in risk management- Experience in Peer risk management (personal loans, banks, P2P, etc.) is preferred- Good team management capabilities, could manage 10-50 people is an advantage
