Credit Control Officer

Run & optimise the organisation and execution of the assigned financial administrations and processes, in line with corporate guidelines and the financial strategy, in such a way that the processes run optimally and results and financial reports are correct and compliant to (local) procedures and legislation.What we ask- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a Economics related.- Fresh Graduated or Having work experience in Finance, especially in Credit Control (AR)- Customer-focused mindset.- Hard working and able to work independently & team.- Eager to learn and improve professional skills.- Good communication skill and attention to detail.- Excellent written and strong communication in Bahasa and English to build good relationship with Customer and internal FFI.What we offer- You will be working with a wonderful team who are motivated to contribute and to live our purpose.- Comprehensive training- Career development- Opportunity to #UnleashYourNature- Vacancy description- Monitoring timely payment from Distributor, Customer and Intercompany.- Monitor daily DIFI balance and ensure the balance amount is sufficient for debiting process and follow up if any minus balance in DIFI Bank Account.- Ensure no overdue invoice in Trade Debtors & Intercompany more than 30 days.- Manage % overdue invoice in 5% (max) from total AR Outstanding.- Manage DSO performance in below 21 days.- Managing AR Unsettlement, to reduce outstanding return deduction and follow up to related parties (Internal & External)- Month End Closing management (service level & quality)- Continuous improvement for process efficiency in Credit Control.FrisianFlagIndonesia
