Creator And Agency Partnership Executive

**Overview**:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creator and Agency Partnership Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our database of creators and partnerships, as well as executing campaigns with a large number of creators. You will also be responsible for managing partnerships with talent agencies.**Responsibilities**:Manage our database of creators and partnerships, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date information and tracking progress and performance metricsExecute campaigns with a large number of creators, including coordinating schedules, distributing materials, and tracking deliverablesManage partnerships with talent agencies, including negotiating terms, drafting contracts, and managing ongoing relationshipsUtilize excel and other tools to track and analyze data, identify trends and insights, and report on campaign performanceMulti-task and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under tight deadlinesContinuously learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practicesAbility to run campaigns for multiple brands simultaneously**Requirement**:3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the entertainment or media industryFluent in englishProficiency with excel and other data management toolsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
