Creative Group Head

Take responsibility for the creative idea development and execution to increase brand awareness and growth;- Lead, supervise, and review all creative production to ensure the strategic objective (including graphic, motion, animation, video, and copywriting);- Work closely with Brand, Marketing, and Promotion department to drive the implementation of campaign and promotion plan;- Supervise and ensure all communication efforts are integrated and in line with the guideline.**Requirements**:- Have 3 years of experience as Creative Group Head/Creative Director/Art Director, preferably in a digital agency;- Have strong leadership to build and manage the creative team;- Is creative, scientific, and organized;- Can work within ATL, BTL, Conventional and Digital approaches;- Have a growth mindset;- Is a problem solver;- Have strong communication skills;- Fluent in English.Pay: Rp9,000,000 - Rp13,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
