**Job Descriptions**:- Build and maintain a good relationship with customer / tenants.- Carry out service activities for the needs and complaints of tenants so that tenant relations operations can be carried out properly and effectively.**Job Qualifications**:- Minimum bachelor's degree in any major.- Minimum 2 years of working experience as Customer Relation in retail.- Good Communication Skill.- Able to works with MS Office, SAP, and/or similar software necessary for Reporting purposes.- Able to work as a team in a dynamic work environment.- Willing to be placed in DP Mall Semarang.
