Country Sales Manager

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of the fast-growing construction industry. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10+ years’ experience in construction specialize in formwork for the job of Country Sales Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:
Developing sales forecast with respective key metrics and budget constraints and greater experience of working with large broad line distributors Analyze and develop the sales strategy to increase customers and areas in accordance with company targets Strong with technical construction for formwork background to directly consult for clients. Have experience with aluminum formwork will be a disadvantage Managing formwork sales, managing project, making estimation to carry out work as directed by Project Director
Job Requirements
Bachelor's or Master Degree in Marketing, Business, Civil Engineering or industry-related. 10 years of construction and formwork experience required. Solid knowledge in the construction field and formwork building Strong networking in project and construction distributors Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with fluency in written and spoken English A go-getter and self-starter who is able to execute projects Familiar with project management
