An exciting Country Sales Manager job has become available at a global, leading provider of fire and security solutions.
About Country Sales Manager - Fire and Security Role:
Reporting directly to the SEA Sales GM, you will be responsible for overseeing the prospecting and monitoring of external sources to project market trends and opportunities that would potentially affect key revenue for company.

Key Responsibilities:
Meet the Sales Plan and Margin Plan for Detection & Alarm (D&A) line of business
Meet the order Booking Plan and margins of the Line of business handled
Handle Channel partners/Customers/System integrators – Technical/Commercial/Goal setting/Goal realisation
Generate enquiries – directly and through channel partners and other stake holders like consultants and main contractors
Plan and Spec activities to maximise the sales/order penetration by continuously engaging with consultants/customers/system integrators and other decision makers
Collect market intelligence in terms of Market size/Share of Segment/competitor activities, etc.
Plan and execute A&P activities by coordinating closely with customers/consultants and internal product management team

To succeed in this Country Sales Manager - Fire and Security role, you will need to have skill independently to develop business and increase profitability for a company in a specific region or country.
Key Requirements:
Electrical/Mechanical or Electronics Engineering Degree
Four to six years' relevant industry experience
Experience in relevant industry would be a definite advantage
Preferably resident of the country where the position is being filled for locational advantage
Knowledge of the local language would be an advantage
