About the Country Manager (Home Appliances) Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, you will play a key role in the aftermarket team's continued development and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, direct sales activities through various channels (distributors and B2B to maximise revenue and market share
Create demand in the region by creating promotions and activations in accordance to the market situation
Translate the consumer behaviour, market insight, field situation, and market trend to the head office in order to refine the overall regional strategy

To succeed in this Country Manager (spare parts) role, you will need to have exceptional strategic and analytical thinking, as well as business management, business development, presentation and negotiation skills.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years' experience managing similar industry, or consumer electronics, or FMCG
Heavy influencing skills to work together with teams across multiple cities direct and indirectly
Results-driven with high initiative skills and the ability to work and multitask under pressure
Experience working in a lean organisation
Strong written and communication skills; fluency in English
