Draft, prepare, and interpret reports, budget, accounts, comments, and financial reportPerform strategic analysis and assist the strategic planningControl revenues, cash flow and expensesDevelop and manage the financial system/modelConduct business modeling and risks analysisProvide financial report and interpret the financial information to the managerial staffs as well as give recommendations in terms of the next actionProvide inputs and recommendation regarding investment activity, and adivse the strategy that the company needs to takeMaintain the organization's financial well-beingMake financial report regarding budgets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, etcReview, supervise, and manage the budgetDevelop strategies that will minimize financial risksAt least 3 to 4 years prior supervisory experience in the Accounting/Financial area.Strong competency in Accounting and Financial, including Financial Statement, Tax, Ledger, Advance AR/AP, and such.High ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.High attention to detail and accuracy.Must have strong experience with Microsoft Office.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills required.
