Persyaratan**Qualifications**:1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.2. 3+ years accounting on related experience in particular to the manufacturing industry.3. Effective communication, including writing, speaking and active listening in English and Bahasa4. Good in Microsoft Office skills especially in Excel5. Superior knowledge of financial reporting software tools and ERP software of oracle is preferable6. Outstanding work ethic, ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, ability to prioritize, and deliver multiple tasks on time.7. Good problem-solving skills, intellectual maturity, and ability to adapt to a team approach.8. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry-specific guidelines2. Daily task costing ( update standard cost for new items, checking inventory and expense and propose journal reclassify to RTR team by weekly basis )3. Performing month-end cost accounting close and ensure all deadlines are met (month end schedule cut off, liaise with Wh and Ops team for reconciliation raw materials, work-in-progress and finished-goods stock, recons stock on hand in system vs production report, month end closed costing ERP system )4. Controls inventory including evaluation of product cost, bill or material accuracy, period physical inventory, etc.5. Preparing and calculate for scrap analysis6. Preparing and calculate for cost of good manufacture & cost of goods sold reports7. Maintaining cost accounting system and cost ledger (reconciliation system vs journal entries adjustment)8. Analyzing inventory valuations9. Analyzing & Monitoring unit cost variance (Comparing actual costs to standard costs to identify deviations and investigate the reasons behind them)10. Analyzing and liaising with GPD team related inventory standard cost (establishing and maintaining standard costs for products or services in ERP system)11. Liaise with the FPA team regarding Report analysis on margins by product and product line (Calculating the costs associated with producing specific products or services & Evaluating profitability by analyzing cost structures against selling prices)12. Supporting and responsible for ad hoc requirement related costing ( regional report, internal & external audit )13. Responsible for managing the hardcopy/ supporting document with proper and tidy filling.
