Capable to coordinate work and communicate process with other units member or teamsA person with good interpersonal skills, connects and building rapports with people from vary of structural levelNice to Haves: English capability in verbal or writtenOn the job you will: Create and sustain Financial literacy program for Indonesia community and Manulife employee and agents.Sustain Manulife Indonesia signature CSR activities and create new initiatives to be proactive with the overall industry.Drive and enhance integration between CSR & External parties.Engage maximum cross division participation in CSR activities to strengthen the employee engagement and employee satisfaction level.Collaborate and constantly expanding horizon about the development of CSR trends and activity within the financial industry and overall industry to create an accurate and impact-full CSR strategy for the company and community.Planning and executing CSR strategy which agreed by BOD (Board Of Director) and align with OJK.
