This, in turn, will pave the way for a more productive and sustainable workplace.**Corporate Legal Officer****Main Job Descriptions**:- Assist and manage various tasks in Legal; including but not limited to corporate deeds, m_ergers & acquisitions, _legal due diligence and investment.- Prepare, review and monitor all legal documents.- Coordinate with other departments and/or business unit should needed.**Requirements**:- Bachelor degree majoring in Law from reputable university.- Minimum 3 years of work experience as Corporate Legal.- Have work experience(s) in holding company with subsidiaries in overseas and/or multinational company and/or law firm.- Fluent in English is a must, both verbal and written.- Excellent communication skills.
