Corporate Financial Director

Persyaratan- Experience minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate finance and financial management.- Max 50 years old- Proven track record of successfully leading companies through IPO processes.- Graduated from Master Degree in Finance/ Accounting, or Related Field.- Have a professional certification such as COA or CFA may be preferred- Fluent in English Language- Placement in East Java - SurabayaTanggung Jawab- Have a good in Banking Relationships, networking and negotiation banking agreement.- Have a good in Financial Strategy- Expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.- In-depth knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements, especially in relation to IPOs.- Strong a Leadership and Management Skill- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Strategic mindset to contribute to the overall corporate strategy and growth plans- Good in Analytical Skills and Financial Analysist- Problem-Solving Abilities- Deep understanding of tax laws and regulations
