Corporate Development Manager, Asia & Middle East

We are seeking a highly analytical individual to join our Corporate Development Asia & Middle East team as an Analyst.This role is pivotal in supporting the company's growth in our key high-growth regions through strategic acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, divestitures, and partnerships.**What you'll do**:- **Financial Modeling**: Develop detailed financial models and analyses to support valuation, due diligence, and deal structuring for potential transactions.- **Strategic Analysis**: Conduct comprehensive industry and competitor analysis to evaluate potential acquisition/investment targets, joint ventures, and strategic initiatives.- **Due Diligence**: Participate in all aspects of due diligence, including financial, operational, and legal due diligence, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external advisors as necessary.- **Deal Execution**: Support the end-to-end deal process from initial assessment through closing.- **Presentation**: Assist in the preparation of investment memos to communicate with senior management, crafting compelling stories and presentations that convey complex information clearly and persuasively.- **Reporting**: Assist in tracking the progress of active and potential deals to update senior management.**Who you are**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
