Corp Legal Specialist

Handle Licenses in central stage and give support as needed by BU.Inventorying, monitoring, and filing a records of GGF licenses.Liaise with external party in connection to licenses.Review and drafting legal documents as needed.Bachelor Degree in Law / Legal Studies.Have at least 2 years of working experience in Legal Corporate and Licenses.Good knowledge of Corporate Law & Regulations, Legal Analysis and Research, Business Permit and etc.Proficency in English (spoken and written).Strong analytical thinking and attention to details.
