Coordinator - Procurement

Are you seeking new and exciting career opportunities?Here is what you need to know about the job: Resposibilities- _M_anaging _and supervising purchasing activity from supplier until the goods arrive in warehouse_- _Cooperate with PPIC regarding PO process related to forecast, quantity, and delivery date_- _Handle to all RPM for customer_- _Cooperate with warehouse and PPIC upon arrival of goods related to inventory_- _Inform to quality team related to the quality checking when the goods arrived_- _Review forwarder invoices related to price and supporting documents_- _Review invoice logistic for customer of diversey and submit to finance_- _Submit material data for all new incoming material to QAD Sytem, for example MOQ, lead time, supplier's name and order quantity_**Requirements**:- _Bachelor's degree in any major_- Experience in Procurement or Exim minimum 1- 2 years in Pharmacy or FMCG_- _Understanding of product development, manufacturing equipment, quality assurance and GMP are desirable._- _Technical knowledge in export and import_- _Can written communications skills English_- _Strong drive, attention to detail and eager to learn_- #meiyume_As an equal opportunity employer, we shall consider all applicants regardless of gender, age, religion, marital status, race, sexual orientation, disability, disease, pregnancy, or trade union and/or political affiliation, and disregard all factors deemed inappropriate by local law and the International Labor Organization's Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
