1. Monitoring the field implementation plan, Appsheet, and POD2. Follow up on the drivers and riders locations.3. Follow up and responding to customer complaints3. Updating arrival progress4. Daily and weekly reports**Qualifications**:1. Bachelor Degree in any major with minimum GPA 3.002. Having more than 1 year experience as CT is a must3. Good communication and Excel skills4.
