Control and Reporting Unit Head is responsible on managing team in related to partnership operation, budgeting, planning, regulatory reporting, day 2 review process, control, GL reconciliation, parameter maintenance and MCA management.1. Managing the team for BAU process of partnerhsip operation, budgeting, planning, regulatory reporting, day 2 review process, control, GL reconciliation, parameter maintenance and MCA management. In addition, liase with regional CBORC for adhoc request2. Coordinate MCA process and liase with regional & local CBORC for control related3. Evaluate employee performance, Evaluate process performance, sharing knowledge, coaching for individual improvement and process improvement4.
