?? Job Role Take operational ownership of the Content Marketing End-to-end content creation process and have accountability for coordinating the internal task management platform. Produce regular reports to provide insight into the performance of content across various social media channels, especially TikTok. Work to maintain existing content production whilst continuously researching and recommending new avenues to increase content reach (across written, audio, and video). Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent publishing schedules. Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly. ?? Requirements Min. 1 -2 years of experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer or Content Creator. Bachelor's degree in Communications/Marketing/Literature or a related major would be a plus. Having a genuine interest in politics and possessing a good understanding of political dynamics and current affairs. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Able to use video editing app (CapCut, VN) Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English and Bahasa Indonesia).
