• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for educational content• Lead the creation of research programs and educational materials• Develop go-to-market strategies for educational programs• Take ownership of end-to-end processes for educational programs• Monitor and analyze the performance of educational programs and content• Review and assess content created by the Research team• Manage a team of crypto researchers• Stay current with industry trends and regulatory developments• Inform content strategy and program development with market insights
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent• In-depth knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry• Proven experience in developing content strategies and educational programs• Strong project management skills• Proficiency in data analysis• Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in educational content• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams• Proactive and adaptable mindset• Attention to detail, fast and constant learner
