Glints is hiring a Content strategy lead to build and lead on Glints product content operation team. The qualified candidate will join our Glints feeds teams to define and plan content strategy and collaboration strategy for career content generation for young professionals and build a user-generated content operation and editorial team, and develop and collaborate with influencer agencies for professional content contribution.What success for this role looks like:Define, Plan and execute glints feeds content operations and responsible for their outcome metricsResponsible for content generation and curation direction on Glints feed product.Build and cultivate a content operational teamDevelop and collaborate with third-party content agenciesWork collaboratively with business stakeholders, other vertical product managers, to curate content topics on our platformThe outcomes are the good quantity and quality content topics that young professionals are interested in and help them to progress in any stage of their career.Critical skills and experiencesProven experience and portfolio working in digital content operations and editorial work.User data analysis and making content strategy based on data learnedGood writing and editorial skills.Help segment and theming content topics generated by users and writers.Be able to curate the up-to-date topic and lead interaction among the topic to generate user behaviour by understanding users needs and market.Product and team cultureGlints product managers and operators are outcome-driven with the customers as the starting point.
